Harvesting and winemaking is a tradition of this area.
It originates from the passion of his grandfather Giuseppe Cietto which he subsequently passed on to his grandson Patrik, the current owner of the business.
Attention to detail, order and cleaning is the modus operandi, frequent checks and controls on the progress of the grapes, plants and the finished product are very frequent.
It is followed with commitment and passion at every stage of production: from the cultivation of the grapes to the harvest carried out by hand,
from the choice of processing to the packaging of the bottles.
